LiveLOOK is a leading provider of real-time online interaction tools. LiveLOOK establishes an instant visual connection between parties, and allows them to view visual content (webpages, documents, images, etc.) in real-time while simultaneously communicating using either phone or chat.
LiveLOOK for Businesses allows for real-time agent-consumer interaction for online sales and support. LiveLOOK CoBrowse enables online merchants to offer immediate assistance to online customers that more closely resembles an in-store experience by enabling customers and agents to concurrently view webpages while simultaneously communicating using either phone or text-chat.
LiveLOOK for Consumers allows users to share images, photos, webpages, documents, games and hobbies real-time while communicating on the phone or via instant messaging.
Founded in 1999 by a team of former AT&T Bell Labs developers, the Company is an innovator in visual sharing. LiveLOOK tools are based on a patent-pending innovation in real-time online collaboration.

Olga Cantarella, Co-Founder & CEO

Ms. Cantarella is an entrepreneur with a solid operational background and a track record of launching start-ups. Ms. Cantarella served as COO of SafeScript, an e-prescribing technology and call center start-up. In this capacity Ms. Cantarella launched the pharmacy and call center, attracted first doctor clients and ran operations. Prior to SafeScript, Ms. Cantarella served as Vice President at Allen & Company, a media & entertainment investment bank. Prior to Allen & Company, Ms. Cantarella served as Business Development Manager at Kinnevik media conglomerate where |
she launched four TV shows, and negotiated investments into three TV stations in Europe.
Ms. Cantarella holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and MS in Telecommunications from CU at Boulder.
Ms. Cantarella is a member of the Parent Leadership Board of The Ethical Community Charter School, and has advised to a number of non-profits including Jazz at Lincoln Center, The Lyric Chamber Music Society of New York, Film Comment magazine of The Film Society of Lincoln Center, and PBS Art21 TV series.
Igor Khalatian, Co-Founder & CTO

Mr. Khalatian is an entrepreneur with a solid technical background. Prior to LiveLOOK, Mr. Khalatian was Co-Founder of HelpMeeting, a web conferencing and desktop sharing company. Prior to HelpMeeting, Mr. Khalatian founded and served as CEO of SCLAB, a technology outsourcing company (clients: AT&T, Avaya, Knight Securities). Prior to SCLAB, Mr. Khalatian was a lead software developer at AT&T Bell Labs, where during his 7 year tenure he focused on web and teleconferencing. Mr. Khalatian has over 20 years of experience in software development |
and project management.
Mr. Khalatian holds Ph.D. in Computer Science from USSR Academy of Sciences, and is an author of two US patents.
Mr. Khalatian is an avid mountain climber. He reached summits of 5 out of 7 highest peaks on each continent, including summit of Mount Everest in 2002.
Evan Bauer, Advisor
Evan Bauer has more than 25 years of experience in the architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of complex information systems at a variety of leading companies. Bauer served as Chief Technology Officer at Credit Suisse First Boston where he provided overall direction and oversight for the re-architecting of CSFB's network, server and desktop environments. Prior to joining CSFB, he served as Principal Architect for Global Operations and Sales and Trading Technology at Bankers Trust Company. Bauer has also served as Managing Director of Technology Operations at Sona Mobile, where he helped develop new product lines specifically for channel partners Alcatel and SugarCRM. Bauer was also a Principal Research Fellow at the Robert Frances Group and a Vice President and Senior Research Advisor at the Giga Information Group. Bauer has held additional positions at Control Data Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation, First Pennsylvania Bank, International Database Systems, ManTech International, SEED Software Corporation, and the staff of the United States Senate.
Steven Haft, Advisor
Steven Haft, former Chief Strategy Officer of AOL's interactive marketing group. Haft has developed and produced 18 films including "Dead Poets Society", Jane Austen's "Emma", and"Tigerland"; as well as television programming including the TNT film "Pirates of Silicon Valley", and MAD-TV, which has played for 12 years on FOX. These productions have generated over $400 million in revenues and resulted in 7 Oscar nominations, 8 Emmy nominations, a Peabody, British,French and Italian Academy Awards. Haft is on the Board of Directors of The Sundance Institute, and on the Board of Directors of the Brooklyn Navy Yard Redevelopment Corporation, appointed by Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
